Offline deploy apps from Microsoft Store for Education?

I am trying to redo our kiosks across campus and so far, every solution we have evaluated has too many issues. Microsoft made a kiosk browser and released it for free along with Win 10 1803. It looks very promising however, I am unable to download it for offline use.

All of the documentation states that this kiosk browser app allows offline deployment. Have any of you had success with this or any other apps in the MS Store for Education or Business? So far, all I have manged was to log in to the MS Store for Education:

And from there, I was able to assign the app to myself and download it on my PC and my test PC through the Store app. I have a ticket open with the Education Store support team but they are less than helpful with this matter.

The latest SCCM 1806 can provision store apps for shared devices. I haven't tried it yet. Other than that you need to hybrid Azure AD joined the PC so you can push the app to the PC assuming it's on a on prem domain.

I’ve deployed an offline app In sccm- you need three files to complete the job from the offline download page for the app. I’ve only deployed the Microsoft whiteboard app, seems to work fine!

Does the user need to click install. I know this happens if from the store?

No you deploy it with software installation required settings in the sccm deployment option. The user doesn’t need to select it

Turns out our issue was very simple. I just had to have our global admin find the time to dig through all the menus and found a switch to enable the offline download option for apps! I am now able to get access to everything I need to deploy apps!
