Optiplex 5250 Auto Power On setting removed with BIOS Update 1.10.2

Hello,

 

Just a quick message to let you know that when you update the BIOS to version 1.10.2 on the Dell Optiplex 5250 it removes the on automatic power on settings.

 

I pushed out the BIOS update via SCCM and now have 300 machines that I need to fix up. Grrr!

 

Thought I would let you guys know in case you have these machines.

Out of curiosity, why don't you use wake on LAN wise assuming they aren't standalone? (As in rather than "fixing" I guess by downgrading bios again )
