Solutions for driverless wireless projection

Hi,

 

Quick one - are there any (Interactive?) projectors that can be wirelessly projected to, from both Windows and Mac without requiring drivers or software to be installed?

If not we'll probably continue using our Epson devices with easy project, but it would be nice to cover all bases as they're almost EOL.

We are looking at moving away from the projector/board model to an interactive panel type solution. We have two such type panels at the moment which were very expensive at the time of purchase, but prices are falling all the time and it is now my belief that the prices of either solution are about the same.

 

What's more one of the panels is not wall mounted (it is on its own frame with wheels) They perform better in bright daylight conditions.

 

The panels only require a mains lead as the image from the teacher PC/laptop can be thrown to the panel over our WiFi. This connection allows the PC to be controlled from the board using a stylus or fingertip control (cable connection required playback of moving image and audio is required)
