Can anyone recommend a company I can use that accepts school PO numbers - Cheers.

Will Microsoft not accept a school PO number?

I've sent them back in the past & it's always been pretty simple, although a little pricey.

You contact Microsoft support and get a case ID, then package it up and take it to the nearest UPS collection point. They give you a receipt and then it's delivered back to you all repaired a week or so later. Like I say, they aren't the cheapest, but at least if the repair is carried out via Microsoft, it will at least be guaranteed.

After saying they don't repair them now it turns out they do! Back to using one of my normal suppliers.

The Pro5 screens seem a lot more expensive than the Pro4s

I'm not sure about the 5's to be honest. We stopped purchasing Surfaces a while back, so our newest ones are Surface Pro 3 models. We have had to replace a few screens and they normally come to around £200 each. The devices have reached an age now that if any more break, they will not be repaired again and the user will just have to do without.
