SSO to 365 worked in W7, not in W10

In Windows 7 we had the home page as our 365 sharepoint site homepage, and it opened for users without requiring any sign in. We have adfs configured. In Windows 10 we have the same home page, but users have to input their e-mail address before being redirected to the homepage. They do not need to input their password.

 

How can I recreate the Windows 7 experience for our users on Windows 10?
