Subject Access Request - GDPR

Hi all,

 

With the looming GDPR only a week away, I wondered what everyone's strategy was with dealing with a subject access request and specifically, how to search a Windows Server based network for files that contain personal data. I know there are 3rd party tools that can search within files for specific keywords etc but what's the best way to do this in Windows? Does anyone plan on using the File Classification in FSRM, or is there a better way?
