Shared File Access System

We're a high school based in Norwich, Norfolk and we're wondering if we could run a query for a setup we are ideally hoping to have implemented for us. Members of our Research School department within the school have requested for a file sharing system that is online accessible with logins and with the ability to track who accesses and also who downloads files as well as uploads them. From an administrative perspective we would want to be able to administer the system for example control permissions, add and remove logins.

 

Would 365 be an obvious solution?

 

We are happy to pay someone to set this up for us and ideally would like this implemented and ready for a deadline of 8th June.

 

I’m emailing various individuals to see if this is something that can be implemented.
