Summer projects

What projects are you hoping to carry out over the summer holidays?

 

Do you write a report for each projects? I.e proposal summary, project approach and present to LG?

Mainly finishing the Win10 rollout here as still bit behind with it all. We're about a 50/50 split currently (W7/W10 1709) as still fixing/replacing some older software that's having troubles.

 

Couple of new projects want to do like finish my proper login trackers etc to make pretty charts and reports and what not but will see how timings go!

 

Generally only write project plans for major bits/costings for governors etc, otherwise it's more line management meetings etc that discuss it.
