Homestyler Floor Planner not working with IE11

Calling all IE11 users... Is the Floor Planner (launched from blue button on https://www.homestyler.com) working for you please?

Their FAQ says it will work with IE11. But not for us (now, but according to a teacher it did at some point in the recent past).

Yes, I know it works in Chrome, but that's not the problem I have. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.

No, just loads to a white screen.

White screen here too. IE 11.0.9600.18952 if that helps.

Yep, white screen for me as well. I've got IE 11.371.16299.0.
