no dropdown on frog school selection website

We are having users unable to click on link to find school

 

When they click on find school nothing happens. could it be GPO blocking it? i had look at GPO but unable to find anything. Anyone had similar issues at there school?

Just brings up error to me:

 

ERROR: Cannot find FrogOS version file.

It's the same page Your smart link wouldn't work so goes back to that page, and when you search for anything it gives that error

strange, works fine for me when i click on it.

It's the same page But yes it looks like it's working now as you get a drop down from that one. (Also from the first one that didn't work this morning so guessing Frog made changes)

hmm strange because thats issue i have no drop down, on any browsers and with a machine that has no GPO applied

Maybe you have some filter blocking it if it's using javascript etc? Tried on unfiltered net?
