Office 365 Single Sign On

I want to try and get SSO/Pass through authentication working , i have the latest Azure AD Connect installed, and on the Azure portal its showing as enable (see screenshot)

 

 

Am i right i should be able to just now from a Windows 7 domain joined, domain user logged on person goto http://www.outlook.com/mydomainname and it should just load the Outlook Web App as me? I get the trying to login for a second then it goes to the Sign In page.

 

Just want to be sure my expectations are correct before i continue.

Two things, but yes in general that's the way

 

1) We use https://outlook.com/owa/domain as found it works better

2) don't forget you need to add in the URLs to your intranet sites list for it to pass info etc the special ones
