Event ID 20 errors

Looking through the system logs on 1703 machines I'm seeing a lot of event ID 20 errors usually 6 errors in a row.

The installation failure update changes so I've had;

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D01: 9NBLGGH4WRDL-Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.1.4

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D01: 9NBLGGH3FRZM-Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D01: 9NBLGGH5L7B7-Microsoft.NET.Native.Framework.1.3.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D01: 9NBLGGH42Q9W-3EA2211E.RICOHDriverUtility.

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80073D01: 9WZDNCRFJ9RM-Microsoft.VCLibs.120.00.

 

In WSUS there is only the update to 1709 listed for the machines. I have deleted the SoftwareDistribution folder from the windows folder and deleted the client from the WSUS console but the machine is still trying to install the update.
