VivoClass - problems with site

Does anyone know what's happened to vivoclass?

 

Over the last few months, we feel things have been getting worse over there as they failed to speak to anyone on the phone and have directed customers to send emails as a primary contact.

 

Now their site vivoclass.com wont work. I've tried it on a data connection via my mobile and this doesn't work either.

 

Maybe i'm jumping to conclusions but can others try to see if they can get on vivoclass.com please.
