Sanyo Orange Projector Startup Image

Does anybody know how to change the startup image on an orange Sanyo projector (I think its something like XE40)? All projectors at the school we merged with were set to the school logo rather than just "SANYO", I've found one room where we didn't replace the projector and since the merger it's now got the wrong logo.

 

I can vaguely remember you had to hold a button down on the remote whilst having the screen you wanted capturing open on the PC but my memory's not good enough, and apparently neither are my google skills

Now for the hard part (the menus on those projectors are awful to navigate, even worse when the bulb is on its way out and it's sunny)
