Data Manager (iSAMS, Raisers Edge, SQL, HTML) – Wiltshire * URGENT *

Up to £21,230, Term Time only (36 weeks + 5 weeks paid holiday)

 

Our client, an independent day and boarding school in Wiltshire, are currently looking for an experienced Data Manager to efficiently manage the data and communication between their two schools sites.

 

As the Data Manager you will manage the school’s MIS System (iSAMS) and ensure that all updates are mirrored in the schools Development database. You will be required to use SQL to manage report design and production in MS Visual Studio, monitor the Parent Portal and ensure that backup data is available for inspection in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

 

Your other duties will include supporting all aspects of Fundraising and Development including managing the Development department Raiser’s Edge database, the Trust NetCommunity websites, developing custom reports for data analysis and display, using Crystal reports and assisting with the creation of Development Annual Reports.

 

Requirements :

 

· Previously worked in a Senior Data role within the Education Sector (ideally using iSAMS).

· Experience of Raiser’s Edge, NetCommunity and MS Visual Studio.

· Ability to train and support the work of others.

· Ability to exchange complex and sensitive information clearly.

· Any experience using SQL, Crystal reports and HTML would be advantageous
