tim88 Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 I dont know if I am just stupid, I have blocked mapping network drives through the GPO as normal and it is working correctly. However Windows 10 has a new way to map a drive: Easy access menu -> Map as drive I just cannot find a way to block this and google doesn't seem to come up with anything. Some advice would be greatly appreciated, as long as it isn't "if you set up your permissions correctly this wont be an issue". I am aware of this, but i would much prefer the students not having access to the map drive dialog box at all. thanks
mavhc Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 Why?, they can only click that if they can already get to the folder. Seems like it's impossible to block via Windows
