With a good general background in technology (or previous experience in data centres), you will assist in the smooth running of the University Data Centers and Network Distribution Centres; conducting checks, installing hardware, physical network maintenance and ensuring Data Centre and Network Distribution Centre standards are followed. You will deal with both resolving incidents and customer service requests, from the initial request to successful outcome, assisting the Data Centre and Network Distribution Centre Group to provide excellent service to its customers, both internal to the University and external.
