Deploying Google Drive Stream

Currently testing the GFS installer, which seems great.

 

Testing with standard user account I receive the UAC prompt... I've tried adding this as 'allowed' for a rule type within the Software Restrict Policy, however this doesn't work.

 

What am I missing?

Why would you install with a standard user account? Install as an admin and then run it as the standard user.

What do normally use to deploy software?

 

SCCM for example would run the installer using the SYSTEM account so you wouldn't need to worry about elevating from a standard user to an admin user.

 

Once GDFS is installed any user can run it like @FN-GM said.
