Is it possible in one screen to see all absences (future) added to staff?

 

I keep getting a seemingly repetitive absence appear for one of our teachers which I (or someone else) have added in error and I want to see where the others are, so I can delete them without going through every day...

 

The staff screen only shows absences in the past it seems...

Is it possible to do a quick report in staff and select absences but filter the dates for future? I don't do cover so no other help I am afraid.

You can export cover to html for any date range. You can also print the cover sheets / export them to a file, so that would show you all.

It will show even if the absence isn't covered?

There is an option to show by absent teacher, rather than coverer. I thought it lists all even blanks.

 

Otherwise, there are staff absence reports we used to use for HR/ payroll .

The staff absence reports don't show COV absences.

 

However I found a report of sorts in the Tools > Cover > Stats > Absence section
