Replace our paper forms - O365

I may have dreamt this but is there a way to replace our internal forms (holiday, trips and course) by putting them on O365?

 

Basically the process would move on to the next person to get the form authorised and then staff wpuld be notified if it's been successful.

 

Our SLT were thinking of a ticketing system but im sure O365 could do it. The only sticking point for us is our bandwidth.

How easy is it to setup?

I'm using Sharepoint lists and workflows to do exactly this on Office365.

Was it easy to setup? Ive been watching youtube videos and it seems like you have to configure this is in different apps.
