Alis_Klar Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 Hi, I would like to use Office 2010 to sign in to Office 365 using single signon OAUTH (modern authentication) see https://blogs.office.com/en-us/2015/11/19/updated-office-365-modern-authentication-public-preview/ This website says that this is is only supported after Office 2013. Is there any other way to do this apart from installing the Onedrive sync client which uses local storage? We want Office 2010 to be able to save to OneDrive/SharePoint/365 directly without any syncing. The Legacy "live" stuff in 2010 does not work with "modern" authentication.
timbo343 Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 Is there no option to install Office2016 as this would be the easier answer.
Blue_Cookeh Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 Nope. You need the OneDrive client, or to upgrade to 2013 or newer.
