FN-GM Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Hello, Is it possible to have more permissions control on the new Google Sites please? I want to make a staff only intranet. As well maybe some pages only certain people can access. I can't see how to do this, so I guess I need to use classic sites instead? Thanks
rogerdnixon Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 Its one of the features coming towards the end of this year - along with the migration tool to convert classic to new sites. Our staff is in classic sites - will die once this feature comes online.
Arthur Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 I want to make a staff only intranet. I can't see how to do this Create a new Google Site(s) in a Team Drive that only staff can access. That's what I have done and it works perfectly. Btw, if a member of staff is logged in with a personal Google account they will see a 404 page rather than a login page prompting them to login with their school Google account.

Thanks, but locking down sub pages might be an issue. I have started making it in classic sites and will migrate later. Thanks
