Thornleigh Salesian College is a highly regarded 11-18 Catholic school under the trusteeship of the Salesians’ of Don Bosco.

 

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced ICT Technician as a key part of our ICT Support Team. We operate in a dynamic helpdesk based environment, supporting learners and staff across a wide range of ICT hardware, software and services.

 

The role requires a clear, analytical, and logical approach to problem solving, good interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Candidates need to demonstrate a supportive, personable attitude with the ability to support users across a wide range of ability levels.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with the following software and service packages:

 

• Microsoft Active Directory

• Microsoft Windows 7 – 10

• Microsoft Server 2008 – 2016

• Microsoft SCCM

• Samsung VOIP Telephony

• Apple MDM & Configurator
