TIOAOA Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Welcome back all hope you all have a smoother day than mine has started. Quick Gsuite mail question, I've re-enabled 2 suspended members of staff who rejoined, mail is working fine but they are no longer receiving mails to any of the mailing groups they belong to. I've removed and added them back and still nothing. Before I contact support has anyone got any ideas ? Cheers
rogerdnixon Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 As the user - go to groups.google.com and check the delivery options for the group. They may have it set to "no emails". Also check they have not got any email filters setup. 1
TIOAOA Posted September 5, 2017 Author Posted September 5, 2017 Turns out the message status was set to bouncing. To clear a bounce state on a user in a group, have the user go to the following link, making sure to replace the with the actual domain of the users' email address: https://groups.google.com/a//groups/bounced?pli=1 Once there the user can reset their bounced state. Once this is done the user should no longer show as "bouncing." I find it a bit stupid I can't change the bounce status from the admin console though.
