File Management - Screening

Hi,

 

Just a quick question, I have seen a tool used before where it will scan the file before it allows you to download the file. e.g If you go to a website and you want to download CCleaner.exe that file is scanned by the software once it's done it's scan it will generate a download link.

 

Any thoughts on what this tool is called?
