Removed Apps appearing under 'Other' on Programs List

Please save my sanity with Windows 10 - has anyone seen this happening following using the following command to remove apps for all users?

 

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.3DBuilder | Remove-AppxPackage

 

 

Users are able to select the links and re-provision the apps.

Depends on how/when you removed the apps. When you remove them from the wim image before you deploy it, then I don't see these links.

However, removing the apps post-deployment is hit and miss, but mostly miss.

 

Apparently you can remove or rename the associated app under the Windows\SystemApps folder, but I don't recommend it.

With a task sequence using MDT?

I remove the apps from an untouched install.wim file before I place it into my deployment environment.
