snagrat Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 We have migrated a customer to Google Apps from Office 365 and now user's have 1000's of emails in their drafts folders. We don't need the emails but can't find a quick way to delete them all? Can it be done through GAM?
FN-GM Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 It is down to half written replies, they hide them in OWA and Outlook. However there is no equivalent in the IMAP standard. It is something I am looking to investigate as we are migrating to Gmail from Office 365. As yet I haven't got the time. How many mailboxes are you migrating please?
snagrat Posted June 18, 2017 Author Posted June 18, 2017 Migrated about 40. Migration is complete but this is just annoying.
tj2419 Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Sorry to jump in but what are you using to migrate? Just the built in tool in the admin console of g suite?
markwilfan Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Select all on the one page then read the link that appears at the top to actually select all in your mailbox. Had members of staff furious about this until I pointed out that if they just read what it said they could help themselves
