nsion Posted May 31, 2017 Posted May 31, 2017 (edited) Information Services Administrator (iSAMS, VBA, SQL, SSRS) - Hertfordshire * URGENT * £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience – Permanent, Full Time (plus excellent benefits) Closing Date : Wednesday 7th June 2017 My client, a prestigious Independent school in Hertfordshire are looking for an Information Services Administrator to join their existing team, to administer the school’s Management Information Systems and support the Information Services department. As the Information Services Administrator, your duties will include : Producing management reports and statistics. Maintaining the school’s data systems. Working to the school’s academic reporting schedule. Assisting with ParentPay queries and Maintaining the biometric registration system (pupil registration, cashless catering and access control). Experience required : Experience of working with a school MIS system (preferably iSAMS/SIMS). Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel including mail merging and formulae. Experience working with multiple stakeholders with conflicting demands. A structured and organised approach to work. Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle or motorbike Desirable experience : Experience using macros and VBA in Excel. Experience writing SQL queries and SSRS reports. Familiar with modern programming languages and web technologies. Familiar with ParentPay.
