Torque Posted May 31, 2017 Posted May 31, 2017 (edited) Hi, Currently we have Impero configured so that alerts from a specific room will only go to the teacher's PC for that room. We are hoping to add a special user group which will always receive alerts for every PC in the school for safeguarding purposes. From what I understand you can only specify one group at a time to receive the alerts for each policy (and this applies down to specific keywords within the policy) - making what I'm trying to achieve impossible. Is there any way around this? I noticed that advanced policies at the Entire Network level will override local group advanced policies. Is it possible to apply the console notifications at a local level for each group, and then have an "Entire Network" level policy which always alerts the designated user? Or will this just result in only that user group being notified. tested this, only the group specified at the Entire Network level was notified Any input would be greatly appreciated. Side note: Is there a way of configuring automatic escalations? Rather than a user having to manually escalate, could I select keywords/policies which will always be escalated? This would also give me the desired effect. Edited May 31, 2017 by Torque
