Free Windows 10 Education for Students?

At Students upgrade to Windows 10 Education at no cost | OnTheHub students can type the name of your institution and may be able to get a free copy of Windows 10 Education.

 

For our institution, it says "Your school does not have a web store, please visit the OnTheHub eStore to see products available to you. Click here."

 

Nowhere can I find how to enable this 'web store' to enable our students to download a free copy of Windows Education.

 

We have both Campus 3 and Select Plus agreements in place. Does anyone know what I need to do to enable this, and will it cost us any additional money?
