Trolley of 20 ipads configured with AC2, removed the profile and tried to re-add it after a couple of changes, and it tells me that it can't apply the profile: 'Configurator require user interaction to install the profile on ipad because it is not supervised' Really? How come all of the ipads show in the Supervised tab, and none in the Unsupervised tab? So thanks to AC2 I need to completely wipe and restore all of these just to change a minor couple of tweaks in the profile. Nice one!
tmoon-mint Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 Is this the same Mac running AC2 from the same account that was used to supervise them? The profile will still install and work without having to wipe them you will just have to interact with the install prompts that pop up on the screen.

Sheridan Posted May 17, 2017 Author Posted May 17, 2017 No - I only wanted to make a couple of minor changes to the iPads (done this loads of times) but after removing the profile it suddently decided that a profile can't be added anymore! Argh!
