Class not found when clicking hyperlinks

Two users so far are finding that when they click on a hyperlink they receive a Class Not Found error message. Copying the hyperlink and pasting into IE11 works, and setting Chrome as the default browser and clicking the hyperlink works. I'm trying to reproduce the issue now, any ideas?

Sorry, double checking, the error is "Class not registered". Back to Google...

Is this a hyperlink within a document? Could be a security thing?

Or try resetting the IE settings/clear the profile etc.

Yes, a profile reset did it. Looks like the association to html got borked somehow.
