Classroom Mode for Minecraft

anyone got any experience with this. Ive been asked to install it on the teachers pc no problem its an msi but i cant seem to get it to work. If i run it as a teacher as soon as you log in it just crashes out if i right click run as admin it loaded (on the pc i was trying it on before a class of kids came in and kicked me out) but wouldnt connect to anything on the pc im trying it on now it wont even load when im logged in as an admin

 

any ideas as im stumped the event log basically says in a long winded way computer says no possibly dot net related but as far as i can tell i have 4.6 and the 1/2/3 etc installed ok
