SOLUS 3 - Tolerance not met

Hi all

 

Just a quick one. Trying to update SOLUS 3 to the most recent version (3.11.61, to my knowledge). When I try to run it I am greeted with the error:

 

"Tolerance not met for target Solus 3 Database, deployment stopping."

 

When I try to view the log I get another error:

 

Error retrieving log. Could not find a part of the path "C:\Users\*admin account*\Documents""

 

Can anyone assist?

Download the manual SOLUS3 upgrade files and manually do the database upgrade then run the deployment in SOLUS3 to do the rest. I've found that to be the easiest way to resolve this issue.

We had this when upgrading, it turned out, the server needed a restart.
