Is malware?

A few users have alerted me to 2 folders containing gibberish filenames. I noticed 1 folder last week having the same and figured nothing of it until now.

 

A full scan using Windows Defender on Windows 10 1703 and Symantec Endpoint Protection 14 came back negative.

 

However, there's no explaining how these appeared or what caused it - and it always puts the date to 30/07/2015.

 

Any ideas?

If it is of any help Windows 10 was released on 30/07/2015 I think, so more likley to be related to windows doing something funny rather than a virus, but thats just a guess.
