Block Internet on accounts, Firefox

My method for blocking IE is directing users based on group to themselves as a proxy server (in IE settings). I am at a loss for how to block firefox in the same way (result not method). Any ideas?

Put them in a special OU, then set firefox as a restricted program in Group Policy. Then they won't be able to open FF
