Faded Printing - Oki c610 - only on transfer paper

I'm having an issue with my Oki c610n when printing on forever transfer paper. When printing, it's very dull and blotchy. However, it prints fine on regular paper. I've called OKI and they've walked me through checking the weight, etc. However nothing seemed to work. They believe it is the transfer paper but I've been using the same paper since before changing the toner. It was printing fine 2 days ago before I changed the toner. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have quite a few orders to get out this weekend.
