Yet another update messing up my machine

I thought patch Tuesdays were long dead. Anyway, this morning I came in to find yet another dodgy W10 update has been applied and has put "Optional Features" on my start menu. I keep deleting it, and it keeps coming back. It reminds me of the double arrows indicating a compress file in Explorer. We didn't ask for it, we don't need it, yet some dimwit at Redmond decides that we can't do without it.

 

STOP IT NOW!
