HPSN2 alternatives

Hi,

 

Firstly, apologies if this is a repeat. I did a search but nothing came up so here goes.

 

Subject: ISPs, specifically for Hampshire County Council Local Education Authority.

 

Are there any schools out there who were using HPSN2 and have managed to break free to another ISP? If so I would like to hear your story.
