newpersn Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 Its been reported to me about login on to mymaths on chrome. (Windows 10) As soon as you login and click on a sub topic it redirects back to the home screen to login again? Any ideas?
newpersn Posted March 16, 2017 Author Posted March 16, 2017 Do you use Impero by any chance? yes (with a worried face)
Arthur Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 yes (with a worried face) Try this... In the Impero console app, right-click the Entire Network group, select Advanced Policies. Under the Entire Network White List, add a new policy item for the MyMaths website that looks like this. Click Edit once done. I think it's (another) bug in Impero as we had the exact same issue with website logins and had to whitelist numerous educational websites. 1
jmak Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 As a parent using it at home on W10 and Chrome, it's a proper PITA. Usually gets stuck on "loading fonts" but then if you open in another tab, you can log in and it then mostly works, but not always. I think the product is a big steaming pile of £+&®™ /Rant over 2
bossman Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 @jmak What's it like if you use Windows "Edge" browser?
newpersn Posted March 16, 2017 Author Posted March 16, 2017 @newpersn. Did that fix it for you? I've applied it and tested on my machine and it works. I'll wait and see on Monday if it's fixed for the user. Thank you @Arthur
jmak Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 @jmak What's it like if you use Windows "Edge" browser? Happily not near a PC for a few days - I'll report back next week.
Homer3334 Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Someone reported this to me this week too, glad to see it on here. My first question was "is it w10" but was expecting edge to be the problem and not chrome! We use impero in school, but is a problem at home for some using their own equipment
