DFS Replication and folder attributes

Hi All, First post here, thanks for any help!

 

I have setup DFS replication between 2 servers so I can consolidate data for backups.

Initially all was working well. However periodically the destination folders attributes have started changing to hidden and system.

Much googling has only come up with resetting the attributes, however they reappear avery few days and I cannot backup folders with HS attributes.

Anyone have any ideas or ways to stop this behaviour?
