How To Update WSUS Offline?

I have been using WSUS Offline recently. I have a notification that the software needs updating. I get taken to the download page. But how do I update my copy and preserve my downloads please?

My version updates itself, rather than taking me to download page.

My copy automatically updates as well, the website opens to show the release notes (amongst other things).

 

Even if you download a fresh copy and extract it over your existing copy, your settings/downloads should be preserved.
