[sims] Form/Reg List with Extra Data

The powers that be want a single report that they can run that gives them a separate page for each reg group showing the below fields.

 

Name

% Attendance

Total Achievement Points

Total Behaviour Points

Total Conduct Points

 

This is easy enough to pull together i'm just struggling with how to get it to show one page per reg group. I've added the reg group field as well for filtering purposes.

 

I can get it to pull it into excel then using filters to just show that one reg group and print but that involves a bit of time changing the filter and pressing print and repeating.

 

I know you can get it into word and do a mailmerge just not sure how you can sort it so that only one reg group shows per page. Is this doable or would i be better off writing a macro for the excel report to do the filter and print it 25 times (once for each form)

Reg Group has to be the last data column in the report, you then have to set sorting to be on Reg Group and then you can tick the 'Group into separate sheets' on the Excel output settings.
