Active directory login vs a unique local profile?

Hello!

 

Because the login takes so much time and the default profile is very big, I need to assign the same local profile on a workstation to all the students who login from the active directory.

Anyone knows another alternative to this software ( User Profile Manager ) or a workaround to make it possible without network profiles?
