Course Manager / T6 in Alternative Provision/PRU

Good Morning All,

 

Please accept my apologies if this has already been discussed.

 

I work in a MAT who has a % of AP/PRU schools in it however I am trying to streamline Assessment Manager for the teaching staff and SLT within these academies. Currently we do not utilise T6 and Course Manager to map pupils to subjects etc due to the volume of transient pupils + pupils moving their curriculum at no set point in the academic year which impacts heavily in assessment manager. The 3 x options that I am aware of are below

 

- 1: T6 /Course Manager

- 2: Setup User Defined Groups that follow an external timetable

- 3: Take Assessment of Sims

 

Thoughts and suggestions would be greatly welcomed.

 

Ideally I would like a solution that is manageable that can integrate with Sims however would be good to have another viewpoint.

Use Excel.

 

I've been asked over the year to create a TT for PRU's and its a nightmare to administrate. When a students TT can change every week it becomes to much to manage within an MIS.
