How does Visigo work?

 

The keylogging mechanism will transfer data and screenshots to a cloud based concentrator. The concentrator then transmits data to Smoothwall’s expert team who will analyse the data and content to eradicate false positives and give you useful, expert reports of actual safeguarding risk. If a serious incident is detected they will then contact the school directly to inform them of this within minutes of it occurring. Lower level reports are configured and delivered within a time frame agreed with you.
