We're recruiting for a new person to join our service desk team and I'm just going to copy what I put last time we advertised :-)

Service Desk is the first point of call for our users - they can contact it either by phone, email, web form or personal visit. It's quite a busy team so this isn't a job for someone who likes to spend their day just drinking tea :-)
