PDF to Word converter which one?

Have been asked to get a pdf converter for the admin team, have looked on the app store and none stand out even the ones with some good reviews have as many bad :-(

 

anybody have any experience using them and have a recommendation?

Cant you just use Word ? 2013 upwards will do this

We tried a few and ended up using Microsoft Word to do it. Just right-click the pdf file and choose open with > Microsoft Word.
