Region incorrect causing print to default to a5

Window 10 was incorrectly set to the wrong region and language

I belive I have changed all locatins

I have created a reg entry and changed everything

My issue is word is changing the setting to A5 letter instead of A4 causing printing issues everywhere

I can manula change it and it will print. but once I close doc it reverts back a5

 

Is there anything anyone can suggest

have you installed the latest service pack?

 

Windows 10 doesn't have service packs

Have you deleted and readied printer since changing language?
