Student out of year - how to obtain grades

Hi, I have set a year 11 student as taught in year 10, but even so she does not appear in marksheets with year 10 set as the group filter.

 

Can anyone recommend how to set up marksheets so that students who are taught in a different year will appear in the marksheet for the class they are taught in?

What MIS system or other product are you using to generate the marksheets?

Can you filter the group by year taught in (YTI) rather than year group?

If you're using SIMS then changing the filter from 'year 10' to 'Curriculum Year 10' should work.

Thanks everyone! RootsSchImp hit the mark. I am now filtering by Curriculum Year 10 - I didn't even see it! Now just got to ask all the teachers to enter another item of data
